If I self-enroll how long will I be eligible?

You will continue to be eligible for the discount:     • For seven months after your application is approved.     •As long as your income remains within the federal poverty guidelines.     •Your service is not disconnected.     •You do not move. If you change your telephone number or address, you must re-apply for the discount by completing an application and certification form and returning it with the required documentation. Prior to the end of your seven month eligibility, you will be sent a new application so that you may re-apply.
