Do I need to provide proof of program eligibility to qualify for the discount?

If you are self-enrolling, proof of program eligibility is required to apply for the discount. However, if you are enrolled in a qualified HHSC program, you do not have to self-enroll; you will automatically be enrolled for as long as you remain on a qualified HHSC program.
