I applied several months ago. Why am I not receiving my discount?
The most likely cause is that the information provided to us by the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) or provided by you with your application does not match the information provided by your telephone provider. We may also be missing a Lifeline Certification Form.

Contact your HHSC case worker to make sure that your information such as your name, address, and telephone number are up to date. If you moved or changed your telephone number after you originally applied for a qualified benefit, this information may be out of date. Ask the HHSC case worker to update the information in their system.
